Do I have mental health coverage for outpatient therapy?
What is my copay or coinsurance per session?
Do I need prior authorization?
Do you reimburse for sessions with an out-of-network provider?
Frequently Asked Questions:
Do you offer virtual or in-person therapy?
Yes- I offer both. I see clients in-person in Seattle and also offer secure telehealth sessions for clients anywhere in Washington State. You’re welcome to choose what work best for you.
What can I expect in our first session?
The first session is a space to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to explore and whether we are a good fit to work together. You can ask any questions- there’s no pressure to commit.
How often will we meet?
Most clients start off with weekly sessions. Depending on your goals, needs, and life circumstances, we may adjust frequency over time.
How long will therapy last?
That really depends on what you’re working through. Some people come for short-term support; others stay longer to process deeper patterns or ongoing challenges. We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy is working for you.
What if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?
That’s completely okay. You’re welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. We can talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
