About Kaysha

I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University and over 12 years of experience working in community mental health settings. My work focuses on helping people navigate complex experiences including anxiety, depression, identity questions, relationship challenges, psychosis, and suicidal ideation. My work is trauma-informed, ensuring a safe and respectful place for healing and collaboration.

I use a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, these methods allow me to provide practical, compassionate care that meets you where you are.

My approach is intersectional, recognizing how overlapping aspects of identity and experience shape each person’s story and mental health. I believe that people are the experts of their own lived experience and that therapy is a collaborative process. My role is to provide guidance, tools, and a safe space so together we can make sense of what feels overwhelming or confusing so we can build skills and insight to support a fuller life.

My work is grounded, practical, and human- meeting you where you are with respect for your full experience.
